Snipes is a week away from beginnning a three year prison term due to tax evasion. And according to the U.S. Marshalls if he do not report there on December 9th he will result to additional criminal charges.
Snipes Has appealled several times since he was convicted on tax evasion charges back in 2008, but looks like its the end of the road.
